—Cornetto Movie Kiss

You know the scene. Towards the end of the movie, the two main characters look into each other’s eyes, the music sweeps in and the camera starts swirling around them as they lock into a passionate, never-ending kiss.

Cornetto, the ice cream of love, wanted to give people a taste of movie romance. So we crafted a machine that did just that. Allowing passers-by to step up and show their love before a cheering crowd, as the camera filmed their version of a true movie kiss. When they stepped down, we posted a bite-sized, shareable video (with matching music) to their social media, and gave each of them a Cornetto to keep the sweetness going.

Did we ask a couple of people from the agency to come by in case we didn’t get enough people for the video? Yes.

Did we end up having to stay there until nightfall because people went nuts for it and the line turned around the block? Also yes.
